CELEBRATE
THE EVERYDAY
SIUS is an invitation to celebrate the everyday and enjoy both the small and big moments. Our drinks are just as much a part of accompanying a meal in a restaurant as they are an aperitif in the evening sun or a cosy meal with friends.
SIUS is ushering in a new era of non-alcoholic enjoyment in Austria. A decision for taste, balance and new rituals.
DRINKS
Our proxies are fermented, non-alcoholic drinks with a botanical character.
Suitable for anyone who doesn't want to compromise when it comes to alcohol-free enjoyment.

CULINARY
SIUS is not a substitute, but a unique accompaniment to fine cuisine. Our drinks complement any menu with their complex flavours. Whether paired with rustic alpine cuisine or fine cuisine, SIUS brings depth, elegance and excitement to the glass.
DRINK LISTPROCESS
At SIUS, we combine fermentation, extracts and infusions to create a new taste experience.
These methods enable us to create something unique. Our proxies are characterised by a balanced blend of tannins, subtle sweetness, fresh acidity and complex structure. To achieve this, we use fine teas, hand-picked botanicals and ripe, high-quality fruits.
All our ingredients are carefully processed by hand. This makes every glass of SIUS an extraordinary taste experience. Completely alcohol-free.
WHERE
MOUNTAINS MEET CITY
The name SIUS reflects our roots - our story begins in Siusi, an Italian mountain village in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. It continues in Vienna.
SIUS combines the lightness of Italian cuisine with the excellence of Viennese gastronomic culture.
